ABOUT
Colucci Law Office was established by Mark Colucci in 2020 to serve Indiana businesses and entrepreneurs in both individual transactions and as counsel through the life span of a business. After 15 years in private business law practice, and 12 years as the General Counsel for an Indianapolis-based company with offices in 45 states, Colucci saw a need for expert legal advice delivered with a service industry mind set. Colucci Law Office offers skilled counsel in simple and complex matters quickly and efficiently to meet the needs, and timing, of our clients.
As General Counsel of the second largest residential security company in the nation, Colucci oversaw the company’s legal department, audit department and risk management department. Before that, he was a partner in one of Indiana’s oldest law firms with a focus on employment matters, business transactions, and corporate governance.
Prior to practicing law, Colucci served in multiple political roles in Washington D.C., including deputy political director for GOPAC, executive director of American Citizen’s Television, and National Field Director for Citizen’s Against Government Waste.
